I give them MINUS 10 stars, Worst customer service Worst sales Worst delivery Worst vendors Cheap made furniture , bad quality but high prices NO SUPPORT, NO WARRANTY , NO RETURNS I SPENT $3000.00, after 24 hours recliner $1000.00 did not recline, 4 weeks latter another recliner was delivered, OMG , it was sew at seams, and puckered up, coming apart at the head rest.The delivery guy said , it was defected i should sent it back...
