I ordered a small coffee table online and was emailed to go pick it up from the distribution center in Fremont. I drove out to the center only to be told that they did not have my item.
The lady took down my phone number and email (even though they already have it from the online purchase) and assured me that they would email and call me when they had it ready for pick up. A WHOLE MONTH PASSED AND I HEARD NOTHING. I can't even entertain in my new apartment without the table. Finally, I decided to call, I was put on hold for 3 minutes and then the phone cut off.
I called again and a lady said she would check if they had it. I was on hold for 5 minutes and she responded with "we have it" before hanging up.
