We made the mistake to order from living spaces for the second time. The first time we ordered furniture (bed set, coffee table and tv console) from them, the items were not delivered when they said they would.

We did not get any email/call from them letting us know they will not deliver. When we called they said they had cancelled the delivery because one piece of the bed frame was out of stock. 1. Why did the website showed that it was in stock 2.

Why didn’t they communicate that to us 3. Why would they cancel delivery for all items! When we were on the phone with customer service we told them that we wanted the rest of items to be delivered ASAP and they tried to charge us extra for that....

the second time we ordered we got a 6pm-12am delivery window and they didn’t show up, again... aside from delivery issues, they’re customer service is bad and their items are cheap.
