We recently moved to LA and bought some furniture in Living Spaces, LA as soon as we arrived. Our in-store experience was wonderful, but it has gone seriously down hill ever since. We spent over $2000, and were ensured of next day delivery. 3 days later we are still waiting for some furniture and a lamp, and have just been told by one of the inept customer service team that there is no record of our table. We got a bed frame delivered in Oceanside. After they delivered it my wife asked them to take the old mattress and they refused and she asked them to help place a new mattress that we bought from somewhere else and they refused. The new mattress was heavy and my wife was home alone. I'd think out of common courtesy for a tiny lady or simply chivalry they would have lifted the new mattress and put it on the new bed frame. I ordered a full bed for my son's room. Upon ordering in the store, I was told the bed was in stock and could be taken home that night. They pushed delivery for only $99 and I agreed. Two weeks later, i have now waited on six separate occasions for the bed to be delivered. Each time the bed delivery is cancelled mid MY delivery window or no one calls at all and i am just left waiting. Each time, I am given a different excuse from the frame... Read more

I have never been so upset in my life over buying furniture. For the last two days I have experienced nothing short than pure ***. Everything with delivery that could could wrong did and for two straight days. The customer service in California is awful!!! I can't count anymore how many times I have called there. Today on a re delivery from yesterday that was messed up it comes again today with more mess ups. Still waiting now almost two hours... Read more

Wow customer service at their corporate office is a joke. Pass the buck to anyone else other then who's responsible for the mistakes. Waiting 9 weeks for a part to be delivered on a broken sofa under warranty and no one knows where it is. Was delivered to then 5 weeks ago Still no idea where it is.

I was extremely pleased with Hector, Guest Service Rep, who handled my huge phone order & worked out delivery , all while delivering excellent customer service. I couldn't help but notice his enthusiasm & willingness to ensure I was happy by the end of the call. He seemed to love his job. And it showed. And he was so good at making me feel like I was his #1 guest. As for all those negative reviews, Living Spaces is a great place to shop.... Read more

Worst store to buy furniture and they don't honor the 5 year warranty i got on the sofa frame. It's call small claim court now. What i got to lose. They suck don't buy from them.

living spaces has the worst costumer services ever. i bought the pauline sofa and chair, happen to seat on the edge of the armrest, an it cracked, call customer services for repairs, they where rude beyond rude. happen to find out when the tech came to repair the item, that the chair was not made of real wood. there selling a lie, the manufacturer should be closed down. again i would stay away from LIVING SPACES. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AT... Read more

My first order they forgot the most important part of the bed frame. Fast forward: I was told my re delivery would be hours later and as late as midnight... Next I bought a side table which would be coming from Rialto and not in stock .... I paid in full and was told the table would arrive for pick up on Wed. I missed going on Wed. and had planned Thursday. I received a call that if I did not pick up the table by Sunday it would be sent back... Read more
