they give you the sales pitch and promise all is covered up to 5 years. what they don't tell you is that if you have more then ONE stain you are automatically NOT covered.

you can't ecumilate more then ONE stain per call. this company should be sued by every customer they ever screwed over. who has only one stain and why won't you clean more then one stain? isn't it cheaper to clean all at one time then to come over multiple times?

i called the store, talked to a few managers and all gave me the same answer, "YOU ARE SCREWED". i WILL take legal action!!

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Lying employees, Vip warranty, Management involvement with problem solving, Lying employee vip warranty managment would not help.
