Just moved into a building that does not allow deliveries on the weekends had no idea and ordered two dressers for same-day delivery waited till 11 o'clock at night just to find out I was not able to have them delivered because of the buildings rules therefore I rescheduled the delivery for a weekday even though I had to wait till 11 o'clock at night to find this out never got a callback, like they said I would the next day or Monday morning? which is now!
I just called living Spaces they said whether I cancel the order or keep the order I'm still going to get charged for another delivery $129 mind you and they want to charge me another 10% of stocking fee per item which they had waived apparently?
What a joke I've been a client for years spend thousands and thousands of dollars at this place and very disappointed!!! will never ever shop there again Done!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $129.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
