Living Spaces - Never again
It took all day for the delivery people to get my delivery date confirmed. They would email and phone me throughout the day constantly changing it. They would not work with me on the phone so i had to go to the store and tell them i want to cancel my order. Then and only then did it get resolved but it took another 2 hours. Hah. It cost 100 dollars to get my order delivered and i was treated like an idiot.

Living Spaces - Your horrible shipping company reflects you!
The shipping company that Living Spaces uses—DSI—is horrible! I was a loyal customer of Living Spaces until I realized that their loyalty to their customers are the WORST! If you decide to work with a company that doesn’t return phone calls and makes promises they don’t keep—DSI—then that is a reflection of you and your priorities, Living Spaces. Kick DSI to the curb or it shows that you don’t care about customer service and loyalty.
