We purchased a leather living room set. Within 6 months, color was fading horribly on the pieces we use the most. When we filed claim they denied it, although it says they cover stains or fading from bodily oils (which is what we figured this had to be). Nevertheless, we are out the money we paid, our loveseat and recliner look like faded CRAP, and they don't care.

7/2/19...ordered a king bedroom set online for out of state delivery. There are no brick and mortar stores in my state. Huge mistake...bed arrived with storage drawer broken and no hardware to put it together. It took a week before anyone even contacted us about the hardware. If my husband wasn't able to figure out the parts to buy and assemble it himself, we would have been sleeping on the floor for at least a week. They refused to refund our delivery charge too. We got the impression they had no way of resolving out of state delivery issues. Horrible customer service and awful experience with Living Spaces. We would never buy from them again.

These guys are something else. They said we were not home when we waited all day only for them to not show. Manager assured us that our stuff would be delivered in two days. That came and went. Nothing. Not even on the schedule. At this point the Manager Jason started ducking our calls. Finally ended up backing out of the order. May have dodged a bullet after reading these reviews. Funny how you get one contact number for the whole chain. Good luck getting anyone on the phone

Picked out a couch and ottoman almost 6 weeks ago. No communication about the delay. We had to call and were told they were waiting to hear back from the vendor?? No apologies, could not give us a date for delivery. We asked to cancel and were told we would have to pay for a restocking fee. We disputed the charge. Will never go back. They didn't care at all.

Me and my wife bought a mattress from living spaces....if anyone ever goes there and you don't get what you were sold for your 3600 plus dollar investment to bad once they have your money and after the sale they have a written prompt to read to you from no matter what the inspections says . We were taken advantage of by this company even when the warranty recommends a replacement the last word ride with living spaces. The sad part is we have spent thousands of dollars with them on three remodels, never again....1st time we had a problem taught us not to trust them

Still have not hear from them. I recamend not buying here.

I will never go back,this chair has called apart. They sell junk, and treat customers like they don't care.
