It doesn't seem likely that you'd miss a call, a doorbell, and a large truck for which you were waiting.

Couch was delivered on 8/19/2016 in excellent condition. In addition to receiving a temporary couch while we were waiting, our delivery fee was waived and we received a $200 refund.

We are going through the same thing! Seriously your story is identical to ours.

I am glad that I read this review.

We will be going into the store tomorrow and demanding answers. Absolutely ridiculous operation they're running at Living Spaces.

Delivering new couch today and picking up damaged at same time.

No hassles. Impressed with Customer Service!

Agree that there is NO customer service, will not buy here again. $2,000 couch delivered broken. Piece was either dropped or something dropped on it. Delivery guys covered up but couch end began falling off. Since this was discovered 7 days after delivery, it's now our fault. LS Tech inspected couch today. Know they will want to "repair" instead of replace. Didn't purchase at Clearance price and have no interest in owning repaired furniture. Credit at store to select NEW would be customer service.
