Living Spaces in Phoenix, Arizona - Lousy customer service. No help at all
Purchased a sectional in April 2018. Cushions started to give away but when we weng back for help they refused to exchange, replace or give our money back. $1,000 sectional. Have been in and out of hospital since July and havent been able to get in touch with anyone until now.

I purchased bedroom set gray but they delivered a grayish brown i told management in Redondo beach living space it was the wrong color and they told me that the lighting in the store reflects a different color and i proceeded to telling them i know my color maybe they are color blind so the end results was come abd get you funture
Living Spaces - Broken sofa delivered 4th time
Pathetic service from living space delivering the sofa (loveseat). We have been getting delivered a broken sofa ( loveseat) for the fourth time. This is traumatising as this has been going on over a month. They just want us to have the broken loveseat.

Living Spaces in Las Vegas, Nevada - Worst product and customer service
We have spent over $ 10.000 buy furniture for our house from living spaces in the past six months. Our Couch was purchased end of March and is broken for the past 2 months we are waiting for the 3rd company they use to come and inspect our couch. No one care IT IS THE HOLIDAYS We have complained many times that we would like to speak to a supervisor we have been told a supervisor will call us finally he called and left voice mail since Dec 6th, 2018 until today is Dec 18th, 2018 we have not heard from him. I am being nice enough not to write his name and direct line I will call the credit company and let them know what a rip of people they are.

Do not go to Living Spaces
Living Spaces never tried to contact me and nothing happened. they did nothing to resolved the issue. They send a email to say they would help with problem. Lies, no one helps. I still have a sofa with a broken leg that looks like *** that is only one month. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM LIVING SPACES!! CHEAP PRODUCTS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
