We were told this furniture would last for 10 years. It did not last 2 1/2 years. I spoke to customer service (that is what they call it), with no resolve. I would have rated them a 0 but that option was not available.

I unfortunately had a similar poor experience with my San Martin II chairs which cracked and fell apart. These chairs were kept under a covered patio year round and covered under a chair cover throughout the summer months.

After 2 years, two chairs cracked and fell apart. Very disappointed, no help from customer service.

Terrible customer service. Took 6 weeks to finally tell me my bed rails were totally out of stock. I'm still waiting 3-5 more days for a refund on MY credit card because their Synchony back wouldn't issue immediate credit. I had to wait 7-10 days to get their card in the mail before I could use it meaning I would lose out on a Labor Day sale. I now have to pay interest on the bed, which I NEVER got! AND they won't issue me a credit for the interest which is small but it's not the money it's the principal! NEVER shop there again! Karina, a supposed manager, REFUSED to transfer me to someone higher up who could possible accommodate my request for the interest refund! RUDE!

Please please please listen to these reviews. Customer service is the absolute worst in the history of ever ordering from a company. Had 2 delivery dates. Both didn’t happen. They lost my sectional I ordered. We’re going on three weeks of not having furniture in our living room. I will never ever recommend or order from this company. I truly don’t know how they are still in business. Please google living spaces reviews and hundreds more of the same stories will show up. Please don’t order from living spaces.

They have the worst warranty company managing its defective / broken furniture operation. Please do yourself a favor and avoid having anything to do with Living Spaces because the warranty company doesn’t answer their phone and you will be scheduled a repair date 2 + months later.

I have never written a bad review. I am usually graceful and realize mistakes happen. But after dealing with 8 different people and now a 4th attempt for delivery, I am done with this company! Have been told weird glitch with their system... wonder how many customers hear that excuse. Customer service call center has been rude and not helpful. Went on line and saw all the complaints.... unbelievable!!! They should be embarrassed!

Paid 5k for a 3 piece leather living room set . Purchased less than 3 yrs ago . Spoke to the operations manager and was told I should have purchased a warranty . In speaking to friends and other retailers all agree with me that good leather should last at least 10yrs . I obviously did not get food leather . Wearing looks like it’s over 20 yrs old . Wrote to corporate no response or action taken . Store manager said I could buy new pieces and they would give me a discount . Really ! Terrible company to deal with and will never purchase anything from them ever again .
