Living Spaces - Leather loveseat damanged
Called Living Spaces to come look at my damaged loveseat that was delivered on 2-16-18. Man came did report, and still my exchanged paper work has not been processed. Called again, second time today is March 7th, 2018, claim still not processed. Very frustrated and angry. Makes me very hesitant to recommend this company.
Living Spaces - Horrible customer service. Does not value cutomer
I bought over $1400 worth of merchandise and needed to do an exchange for a $50 pillow that hurt my neck. They would rather have me cancel my $1400 order than to allow me to exchange my $50 pillow. Customer service was dry and did not want to help me.
