Poor Service Rude Employees
I have been twice only came back second time because I thought surely it as one time bad experience. Same experience 2nd time.
All the workers sitting around chit chatting and you ask for help and both times I was told we are not sales people we don't get paid commission if you want info go to Kios and look it up. This is the Fountainview location in Houston.
But from the 1.2 rating I am seeing I assume it is the same everywhere. I hope the designers you say you represent in your commercials are aware of this.

Waited 2.5 months for a table and only part of it was ever delivered and now they’re out of stock and said it’ll be another month for a refund
I only gave 1 star because I couldnt give a zero. We ordered a massive 500lb patio table made of rock with a large slab and two legs (pillars) back in April.
The delivery was delayed over 2.5 months and we just got it delivered last weekend. To our shock, only 1 of the 2 legs were delivered with the slab. We called and were told the missing leg would be shipped and wed get a tracking number or a call from them in 24 hours. Neither happened.
We called 2 more times until we were finally informed it is out of stock and now we have a huge rock slab and 1 leg taking up out entry way and they refuse to provide refund until they get the slab and 1 leg back, even though they screwed up and we waited 2.5 months for a *** incomplete products. Never get anything from Living Spaces if you actually want what youre looking at online. And they are not helpful or responsive and they stole our money now for about 3 months and dont have someone coming to pick up the partial furniture they left in our entry way for another month. Be aware!
Stay as far away from this company as possible. They, theyre customer service, their refund policy, and furniture is complete trash!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They charged me a cancellation fee even after I went on their chat and left a message within 24 hours of the initial charge I never got an email from them with an invoice or anything.
I didn't find anyway to talk with a real human, so I sent a text on their site.
That's when I started reading reviews and found out this was very common. I will NEVER use them again.
The next day, I wrote in their chat bar, gave them the information that was asked for, and it said someone would reach out to me. When I heard nothing, I disputed the charge on our credit card. Today, which is the 19th, I got a call from the trucking company to deliver the set I had canceled. I told the gal on the phone that I had canceled due to receiving no invoice.
A few moments later, Living Spaces phoned me. I explained my position and told them I got no invoice and I had canceled in their chat. I was told they had nothing about it and I needed to pay a cancellation fee of $51.94. They have had no problem finding my email to send me ads, but I didn't get anything from them at all, and they never got back to me from the chat information they took.
Totally a scam in my eyes...
My advice would be buyer beware! I truly will warn everyone I know about them.

Remodeled my guest bedroom, and the new bed and end table were easy to find on their website. It was easy to order, and for a little extra fee, they set up my bed with great ease and were very professional.

BOught a bedroom set and got a text this morning that said would be delivered from 12-1. Got there at 11 and did not wait. Called customer services and said I needed to reschedule a would be charged a fee!!!

Got Ripped Off by Living Spaces Carefree Plan I paid $675 for a warranty on a couch 1 year later theres a 2 inch opening where the stitching is coming undone and they Wont fix it I keep getting denied. Now Living Spaces said I cant get my money back because I filed a claim even though it was denied thats their scam . I will not be buying anything from living spaces ever again

Horrible company and customer service
Horrible company and customer service is non-existent. Poor quality of products- they expected me to turn over a 10ft table and chairs to make sure there was no hidden damage- after 3 days it customer's responsibility - warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on (they just take your money)- customer service - what customer service - I complaint to BBB (as have other 100's of people)..read the complaints there- Google AI got the company and service spot on! - (from google AI) Living Spaces has received numerous complaints, particularly regarding customer service, delivery issues, and product quality, with some customers reporting furniture falling apart or damage during delivery.

Verified Reviewer |I am disabled and was treated badly by a manager at the Draper location. Very rude, asked questions she snapped answers, rolled her eyes, smacked her lips.
I will never purchase anything from this store. I am disabled and was treated horribly.
I asked some questions, and the manager was very rude, belittling, smacked her lips and rolled her eyes. She acted like we weren't good enough to be in the store. I am also Latina, so I am unsure if she treated us like that because of my heritage or my disability! We've spent over $5,000 and were planning on getting two bedroom sets and a dining room set, but because of the way I/we were treated, they will never get another dime from me.
I have left messages, reviews, and contacted BBB. I left the store in tears because she called me a *** as I was going out the door. She treated all of the Caucasian customers great, she acted like we were stealing, we couldn't afford their junk. No one has responded; clearly, they don't care about the customers or the possibility of a lawsuit.
ADA and discrimination are something they shouldn't be ignoring! Do not go there if you are disabled or are of color!

I was changing the sheets on my sofa bed because I was having guess over. When I lifted the mattress to put the fitted sheet on I saw that the mattress is moldy on the bottom.

I placed an order and was given a delivery date. This 'date' was acceptable, so I paid.
Three weeks later, and a few days before delivery, I was told my date is now a 'delivery window' of several weeks. The first day of the delivery I was later told was not accurate as the couch would not even be in California. This company's customer service is non-existent.
They are helpful and friendly until you pay. Then, you can plan on them not answering the phone, not honoring contracts for delivery, and their warranty is the worst in the business.

I purchased a $1K leather swivel recliner, and it broke at the base. It was 2 years old and had no extended warranty.
I spoke to customer service and was helped to open a warranty claim; I was told it could be covered under the 3-year warranty for frames.
However, I then received a call informing me that my claim was denied; no reason or explanation was provided. They decided that the issue was not part of the frame and continuously reiterated that I had not purchased the extended warranty.
Preferred solution: I would like assistance to repair or replace the chair. One thousand dollars is too much money to only last 2 years and it not even being our primary chair.

Neither Living Spaces or Warranty service would help me resolve my issue.
Recently in the last few months we have had splinters from top of table and the lots of discoloration. We also had a big chip come off one of the pedestal legs.
We were told the extended warranty was "WORRY FREE" by the sales person and finance manager. So we went ahead and spent the $74 for the extended warranty. When we filed a claim less than 2 hours later it was denied. Filed a second time since person stated we didn't have an exact date.
That was also denied. Tried contacting Living Spaces and they only referred us to warranty service. We were still under the 5 years so it should have been covered!! When we were denied it was sent over the phone through a link and we sent pictures like they asked and both times we were denied.
I think it was a computer system that denied us because how can we be denied hour and a half after submission. I have read lots of reviews and they all complain that the warranty doesn't cover anything!!
DONT PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY!!! YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY IF YOU HAVE TO USE IT!!

Verified Reviewer |Order partially delivered, damaged goods recieved, poor communication
We have had quite a fiasco with the 01/14/2024 delivery of our purchase 12/31/2023, Order #SO-01217****.
To recap: 1- We were advised at 12/31/2023 purchase that the medium mattress was back ordered but should be available within two weeks. 2- Delivery was set up for 01/14/24 3- On 01/11/2024 I was advised via email that the order was complete and delivery was good for 01/14/2024 4- On 01/13/2024, I received a call from the Katy-LivingSpaces delivery service, "order is complete and will be delivered on 01/14/2024".
5- On 01/14/2024, an email was received that the order was complete and delivery would be on early Sunday afternoon. 6- Promptly at about 12:30 the Living Spaces truck with three delivery technicians arrived. The truck was unloaded and the many parts were brought into the house. 7- Living Spaces technician asked my wife why we only got a single twin XL mattress.
Indeed, this is when it was discovered the order was not complete. 8- We attempted to call Living Spaces and were told that someone would get back to us within 24 - 48 hours. 9- I had made an error, I had accepted the multiple "order complete" confirmations from Living Spaces and had already made room for the new bed by giving away my former bed. My wife & I, both senior citizens & I am disabled, had no where to sleep on 01/14/2024.
10 - As soon as the set up technicians left, we immediately went to Living Spaces - Katy, about 20 miles from my home in Sugar Land. We met Myndi Arnold the business manager, at the front door. She was very accommodating and immediately scheduled a same day delivery of the medium mattress that appeared to be in the local warehouse. Whew!
or so we thought. 11- Myndi suggested that we check with the cashier's office. There, we met Brandon, who felt the need to confirm that the purchased mattress was in stock at the warehouse. But because there are no phones he could not reach anyone there.
But promised to deliver the mattress Sunday evening or advise status. 12- On 06/14/2024,about 6:30 pm, Omar called and said he would be handling our order. He also was very sincere in his desire to resolve this missing mattress but still needed to confirm the mattress was in the Living Spaces - Houston warehouse. Omar promised to call back by about 7:00.
13- About 7:00 Omar called. Despite his best efforts, the mattress was NOT in stock and would have to be sent from California, about a 2 week wait. This was not acceptable, we have no bed, and do not wish to leave our home to reside in a hotel for the next couple weeks. 14- Omar suggested that a "temporary mattress" could be delivered on Monday (all trucks were already gone from the warehouse this late in the day).
The temporary mattress would be used until the purchased mattress arrives in a couple of weeks or sooner. 15- I thanked Omar for his efforts and professionalism. This missing mattress problem dominated the day on Sunday beginning at about noon until after 7:00 in the evening. My inconvenience and frustration was only complicated by the poor internal communications with critical Living Spaces resources when Living Spaces folks were trying to resolve the missing mattress issue.
But the solution was seemingly at hand. 16- NOPE! I was placing the mattress cover on the firm mattress that was delivered, when I discovered that it was poorly sewn at the seam and even had an open section about 4 inches long! This is clearly not acceptable.
17- I immediately called the Living Spaces Customer Service, exchanged emails and photographs. But the CS Rep had could not locate the order in the Living Spaces system to order a replacement! The below email and photographs were sent to confirm delivery and show the poor quality stitching. 18- Living Spaces Customer Service is to confirm the replacement of this mattress.
Phone call was promised this morning, 01/15/2024, to confirm: A- Original purchased medium mattress is on order and delivery can be expected in two weeks, about February 01, 2024.
B- Temporary mattress will arrive at my home TODAY after 4:00 as promised C- Replacement of poor quality firm mattress is underway, please advise expected delivery date.
No one has called or emailed. I am very disappointed in the customer service processes and poor communications within Living Spaces.
I am uncomfortable and doubt that my $5600+ purchase will ever arrive in total.
I hope whoever reads this note understands the effort that both my wife and I have put into resolving this issue. This has not been a pleasurable experience and I feel Living Spaces has stolen my joy of the purchase.

Very poor customer service and support. The plastic leg on the ottoman broke. Went to the store on Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City and they refused to offer a replacement
They do not carry replacement parts but referred me to their 3rd party company. I called that company and the worker hung up on me when l questioned as to why a replacement leg will take 8 to 12 weeks for them to review my request and them make a decision.
A.simple plastic leg for my ottoman is all l needed. The store on Memorial Rd, Oklahoma city does not carry spare parts. I spoke to a supervisor at the store in Oklahoma city and he was very rude and of no help. The item l purchased was of a lower quality.
Cheap but no good. I will never go back to that store to buy nothing ever again.
Even if an item is under warranty, it's a nightmare to get a refund or a timely accurate replacement. I am done buying anything from that store, buyer be ware!

Horrible Products, Warranty a Sham!
First purchased two sofa sectionals advertised as top grain 100% leather. They had no connections so they spread apart all the time and they began to "peel" almost immediately.
Got full credit, but only if I again purchased from this scam operation and also re-purchased another warranty. (also a scam)
The chaise and sofa and two recliners were also advertised as 100% leather. They also began peeling within 6 months. Was told nothing could be done this time!
Found out that what they consider 100% leather is just the scraps and slough from the floor from real leather mushed back together with "glues" and a plastic like coating put on top. It's not real leather at all. Also with 3-4 months the seats began to sink and sag in a weird way, because the construction is so poor. Can't imagine this sofa/chaise cost any more than a few hundred dollars to make.
Awful quality. When calling the company they make the excuse they are trying to allow everyone nice options in furniture. Told them the sofa we had before lasted for over 20 years and both of their products were complete garbage within 2 years. The warranty is a joke.
They sent some guy with different colored "pens" like sharpies to color in the peeling and discolored "leather like product" as real leather doesn't wear away like this. His work was awful. Absolutely unbelievable. The original sofas were less than two years old and so we tried to donate them.
No one would take them even as a donation. Pathetic.

I purchased bed frame and 5 year warranty. 1.5 years later bed frame falling a part and their warranty company refuses to honor the warranty and I am unable to reach an actual person. I feel an attorney should start a class action lawsuit against them.
