Poor Quality-Won't Stand Behind iT AVOID!

Spent several thousand $ furnishing a new home. Most of the pieces were broken, discolored or scratched.Like pulling teeth to get replacements. Refused warranty service with a lame excuse about natural and unique woods. How about due to lousy quality, cheap materials and warehouse abuse? Very hard to get through to a decison maker by email or phone. Might have luck going in the store but you have a much better chance getting COVID than seeing a decision maker who follows through. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Worst major purchase experience ver! Spare yourselves!

After the rep came to inspect the damaged item, we didn't hear anything from them for over 2 weeks. I ended up calling then they processed the replacement to be delivered. They gave us time frame which was 8am to 3pm so we took a day off from work to receive the item....

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Finally after months of waiting and trying to get through , someone from corporate saw my emails and reached out and apologized and fixed the problem..

Worse delivery service abs worse customer service from them

I cannot believe what I experienced this morning. All my furniture is from living spaces and I never received this kind of bad service. I called and left notes and made sure customer service and drivers knew this delivery would be an indoor delivery. As soon as I opened the door as they were walking to my porch I literally said to them in English and Spanish to make sure they understood to please just slide in the package on my door and When I got help is get someone to push it in. I am pregnant as a pregnant women I can't believe the service abs disrespect I received from the delivery team. I will NEVER again order anything from living spaces. I received the worse look and they laughed at me. I can't wrap my head around what just happened.

I had my ETHAN IV MEMORY FOAM FULL SLEEPER Delivers on 8 February and once they set it up I found a shell of a bug. Once a did some research it was a bedbug. I opened up the Cushions and found dead ones. I called them they said they couldnt pick up until next Thursday the 17 February they wanted the bugs to spread. I decided to pay for wrap and wrapped the couch up. I asked for a manager and still havent had a call back. Horrible customer service
