We purchased living room furniture 6 WEEKS AGO and our couch STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED!!! This has simply been the worst experience I've had as a consumer!!! After 2 weeks I called customer service daily and was told a different lie each day. Finally, after my second week of calling, a Customer Service rep finally told my that my order hadn't been submitted to the manufacturer! Was promised that it would be submitted and he would call me back personally -- wanna guess what happened next? If you guessed that he didn't call me, you win the Internet!! I then called and was LIED TO AGAIN!!

I absolutely advise against doing business with these guys and I certainly will be furnishing the rest of my rooms somewhere else.

I simply can't believe 6 weeks has gone by and I STILL DON'T HAVE A COUCH AND HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY'LL DELIVER IT.
