I ordered a full bed for my son's room. Upon ordering in the store, I was told the bed was in stock and could be taken home that night.

They pushed delivery for only $99 and I agreed. Two weeks later, i have now waited on six separate occasions for the bed to be delivered. Each time the bed delivery is cancelled mid MY delivery window or no one calls at all and i am just left waiting. Each time, I am given a different excuse from the frame being dented to the driver forgetting to load it on the truck.

Now they say the bed is put of stock would I " like to reselect". I've been promised a refund of my delivery fee- which I have not received. I've been promised a gift card for my trouble- which I have not received. I've been promised by multiple customer service that they will call me back with delivery status- which never happens.

I am lied to every time I call customer service with a new story. This has been the worst purchase experience of my entire life
