Living Spaces customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have an issue ongoing since June.

No one ever calls back. every time I call to resolve the issue they make yet another mistake wasting my time and theirs. Kelly Brand manager in the warranty area has promised to give me a discount if I keep the piece. I've been trying to call her back to receive that discount and have not gotten a call back.

Such a long story and can't go into detail as it would be too long but I will Never again buy anything from Living Spaces. They are the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with.

Its been very hard, very frustrated very disappointing. Cant even put into words how awful its been.

This is the update.....I finally was issued a refund but it was minus some fee or another. It was never taken off the truck, so there shouldn't be a charge.

This place is HORRIBLE!

When I posted this on Facebook, so many people said they had the same type of experience and would never go through Living Spaces. Live and learn!!!!

I want the cost of the couch refunded and I think that there should be a refund of 10% of the total order for the nonsense I have had to deal with. The time that it's taken to call and deal with this is worth more than the 10%.

Let me start off by saying that the customer service at living spaces is TERRIBLE!!! I called about 5 times in a span of 4 months trying to resolve the issue of broken/ faulty brackets on a couple drawers only to get a " we will call you back" and never received a callback. I ended up finally getting a manager on the phone only to tell me that I had to pay for the brackets, which I was willing to do the first time I called but was super upset about at the end of all of it. I explained to her that I would leave negative feedback if they didn't just send me the parts due to their terrible lack of customer service and she had no problem with that. Was it worth the $50?? Not if you ask me, TERRIBLE!!!

I am extremely annoyed with the process of living spaces. They have delivered the incorrect color couches to me and I have called numerous times to get it resolved but weeks later still no result I have asked repeatly for a manager and everytime I am told I will get a call back but never happens and they will not even provide a name or email so I can personally contact them myself. Maybe I will get a call sometime this year to have my issue resulted this is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company and this is the 2-3 order I have had with them and have spent over 5k with them!
