Living Spaces in San Diego, California - Worst customer service ever

Purchased a rug over the phone few few weeks ago. I was told they would ship the rug from their AZ warehouse to San Diego and that I can pick it up on Jan 9th. On Jan 9th received a call that the truck has arrived but not the carpet and someone would call us by noon of Jan 10th. No one called so we called in the evening and were told that the rug is ready for pick up. When we got to the store, it turned out that the rug was a floor model which was not sellable and that the item is discontinued. When speaking with the customer service I got at least 3 different explanations, none of them which made sense. "My order was placed and then at the same time someone bought it online and they got it"?! "My rug went to Realto and they discovered there it was defected, so they didn't ship it to SD"?! Why would you keep accepting orders for a discontinued item? Why would a rug go from AZ to NoCal to be then shipped to SoCal? The end of convoluted conversation with customer service was sorry no more rugs and we will refund you the full amount?! Oh, thank you! What else were you planning on doing? Keeping my money without delivering a rug? All in all, this store sells, except for few items, overpriced poor quality stuff and sales people are with no skills, very poor customer service. Will never deal with them and will not recommended them to friends. For this quality I can go to ikea.

I had to get my furniture shipped at a certain day and certain time, but they couldn't even notify me properly regarding the delivery and they missed a few items when delivery happened. When i called back reg. the delivery, Rachel in CS dept. was even not listening to what i am trying to tell and instead tried to talk over me. Good product, but terrible service. Please be aware before taking any kind of warranty as you wll haev deal with this terrible customer service

Living Spaces - Deal Review from San Diego, California

We bought couches and were a great deal. They gave us free delivery because if the bad service at the store. We were happy and when we got the coches the love seat was great but the sofa was not threaded meaning we couldn't put the legs on. I called 5 times and they wanted to charge me for delivery! For their mistake... I wasn't going to do that. Now they didn't deliver them on time and I now have to wait even longer for my sofa. Not happy at all.

Living Spaces in Phoenix, Arizona - Once again horrible experience

Once again yet another failed attempt at living spaces. I was in the location in phoenix to pick up my coffee table and purchase a painting. From the second I walked in the door and not being greeted by the sales manager Xan. Once I walked up to her and asked if the table we order could be pulled so that we could pick up her response was if you scheduled it to picked up it will be ready. I had explain to Xan that I purchased the table online and never scheduled a pick up date. She finally called and had everything set up for me to get it. In the meantime we walked around the store and purchased a $200 painting which when I walked the cashier I had to wait while once again everyone was to busy to help me. The gentlemen who walked in the back were great and got everything loaded. Got my product home after inspecting to make sure nothing looked damaged and go figure it is missing 4 screws. So I called in knowing I wasn't going to get help in hopes they had worked on their customer service since the last time I had to deal with them. Well to my shock they haven't. The customer service agent told me I could buy the screws else where or wait 2 to 6 weeks for the screws from the manufactor. She said that they could pull one for me to pick up and when I asked for them to deliver it for free because of the issues I have been going through with this company her response was we can't do that. I asked to speak with a manager and she placed me on hold came back and said there is no manager avalible and that one would call me back in 24 hours. Once I get this product I will never purchase from this company ever again. So your time and shop else where you can actually find their products else where. I would rather pay a little more money and deal with this *** company. Because of your *** customer service you lost out on $1000 worth of sales. I will keep updating with the *** service I receive in this sale.
