Horrific experience... lost work and still no delivery.

Drivers said they were here... but they were at wrong home because I was home... I called delivery services a few times ... they all said they were on their way.

I had to leave work again when they said they were again on their way. Still not here .. Lost 3 hours of work. Last call they were to meet me on the corner at closest cross street and call me ...

I waited 45 min and no one showed and when I called back I was informed they were done with deliveries for the day... just horrific experience Looks like the *** will start all over again tomorrow I purchased a soft at San Leandro CA Location

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
