We were moving from AZ to OR and spent over $4,000 on a custom sectional sofa. We were told it would take a “couple of weeks” to have it custom made and that delivery would be no problem.

Got a call after 2 weeks saying it’s ready and delivery will be in 3 MORE WEEKS!! Living Spaces now says it’s an out of area delivery and if I want it sooner, I can call the 3rd party delivery service. Problem is I didn’t GIVE $4,000 TO A DELIVERY SERVICE. I gave it to Living Spaces who now says: “Too bad.

So sad.” And I can cancel the order but they’ll keep 25%. I’ve got 100 ppl coming over for Thanksgiving and I guess they can just sit on the floor?

Been waiting a week for “corporate upper management” to call me back. Oh - that’s the BEST part: you CAN’T call the store and since they know I no longer live in AZ, they know I can’t walk in the store and go yell at the little ***, Kyle, who lied to me about delivery time.

Preferred solution: Shorten delivery time!!!.
