I had a sleeper sofa delivered today and it doesn't fit into our room. The delivery men said we had 7 days to return, with only a restocking fee.

We thought that sounded ok, because that would give us some time to attempt to get it around the weird hallways and into the room ourselves.

I've now scheduled it to be returned tomorrow, but I'm upset that there's also a $99 pickup fee. I was told about the restocking fee, but the guys who dropped off the couch made NO mention of another fee!

Why should the delivery guy explain? Did YOU not ask questions when you purchased?
