had sectional made..asked if there were feathers they said no,its feathers.warranty inst any good,.,.poor customer service.4 months the couch is beading.feathers coming out cushions fell flat.stitching is off.we are allergic to feathers,they were rude offered no help.basically hung up..even asked to remake in leather so we couldnt have them coming out,,showed them a bag of feathers,pics of couch.still nothing.i would of never went here.2,000 down the drain...just filed with bbb.maybe they can help!! now im at a loss.they should be honest with customers before we buy..
