I bought a couch set 2 and a half months ago. I Read the guarentee reviews BEFORE I bought them and told the salesman that the reviews were TERRIBLE.
He assured me they had hired a new company to fix things. ALL would be replaced except animal issues. The chair mechanism broke a week ago and the edge trimming is already fraying on the loveseat. The couch has a metal piece that sticks out and has ripped two shorts while walking past it.
Getting a guy out to fix it has taken multiple half hour waiting and then lies about emails and sending a guy to fix it. The guy shows up but doesn't have parts. The chairs are stuck in the reclining position... supposedly he said they would not replace the couch because of the fraying seems.
zTWO AND A HALF MONTHS!!
Full big bucks guarentee paid for!!! Pissed.
