Ordered backyard furniture in June, it's now august and still have an incomplete delivery with parts missing, nobody has bothered to call me! All chairs delivered without cushions

I have filed a report and tried to get them to deliver the cushions but still they say they don't have any in stock.
Why would you sell and item you don't have and charge full price?
This is the second time Living Spaces delivery had issues, the earlier delivery was assembled incorrectly by their delivery service and we had to make an app for them to come back and fix the problem.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
