they give you the sales pitch and promise all is covered up to 5 years. what they don't tell you is that if you have more then ONE stain you are automatically NOT covered. you can't ecumilate more then ONE stain per call. this company should be sued by every customer...Read more
Delivery Service Review
Wow customer service at their corporate office is a joke. Pass the buck to anyone else other then who's responsible for the mistakes. Waiting 9 weeks for a part to be delivered on a broken sofa under warranty and no one knows where it is. Was delivered to then 5 weeks ago Still no idea where it is.
Living Spaces Sofa Review
Worst store to buy furniture and they don't honor the 5 year warranty i got on the sofa frame. It's call small claim court now. What i got to lose. They suck don't buy from them.
