We bought a loveseat, a chair and an ottoman at living spaces. We loved the design.

We still do! Now the bad news: We got the furniture 3 month ago and the foam is already so deflated that the frame is cutting my blood circulation off sitting on the chair. The fabric on the loveseat wrinkles now since there is nothing underneath. We called the company and send them pictures.

They send a technician who took pictures again but never sat on the furniture. 2 days later we get the call telling us nothing is wrong according to the technician and it is our problem that we do not like soft cushions. Soft cushions? We did not complain about those.

Cutting off my blood circulation with bad craftsmanship is our problem. It’s only my husband and I in the house and we work full time.

The furniture is barely used. What a shame.
