On 8/25/2018 my wife and I went to the Living Spaces @ Rancho Cucamanga store to buy sofa set that we saw online and we're prepare to point them out and go home with an easy buy. However, upon entering the store not one employee greeted us or asked if we needed assistance.
We walked around for 20-minutes while looking at furniture and we saw several employees with their tabs on hand walking around, but they never bothered to ask if we needed assistance which we did.
It wasn't until we actually asked a sales person for assistance, but it didn't' seem like she wanted to help as she pointed out where to find the sofa's we were looking for. Well the place was hot and hamate, no air condition and it seem they didn't care for our business...so we went to Mor Furniture next door, and we were greeted immediately upon entering and the sales person at Mor's Furniture Robert did an excellent job to help us find sofas that my wife was very satisfy to buy.
Customer Service & Greeting should be a priority in all sales industry!

Preferred solution: Teach workers that their first PRIORITY should be to assist the customers at the store. Aproach every customer in the store and ask if they need assistance! .
