spent nearly $10,000 last year at the Monrovia branch.went this weekend bought some more items.

was told by the person at the register because it was a floor item it must be picked up in 48 hours. long story short went to pick up the item and it wasn't even taken apart from the floor.called the corporate office ask to be transfer to a manger . waited on hold for 15 min. to find out there were no Manager available.

funny this is when you are at the store people are all over you try to sell you something. after that good luck.
