Living Spaces in Fairfax, Virginia - Next day delivery??? Yeah, right
We purchased living room furniture 6 WEEKS AGO and our couch STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED!!! This has simply been the worst experience I've had as a consumer!!! After 2 weeks I called customer service daily and was told a different lie each day. Finally, after my second week of calling, a Customer Service rep finally told my that my order hadn't been submitted to the manufacturer! Was promised that it would be submitted and he would call me back personally -- wanna guess what happened next? If you guessed that he didn't call me, you win the Internet!! I then called and was LIED TO AGAIN!! I absolutely advise against doing business with these guys and I certainly will be furnishing the rest of my rooms somewhere else. I simply can't believe 6 weeks has gone by and I STILL DON'T HAVE A COUCH AND HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY'LL DELIVER IT.
Defective Stools Review
Ordered stools, they came out defective. Was told a tech has to come out to look at them?? After I submit photos. If I take them back I get charged 5-10% of them. It's not my fault they are a defect.... Very frustrated!!
Furniture Insurance Review
I went to living spaces n told the lady that help us that I had bough my sofas on December of last year n that were not firm since the first week. I told her that I bough insurance on them for five years n she said it did not matter bcuzz the insurance was just if they got stained. So I m not going to buy anything there anymore my friend said they had a bad experience n I didn't believe him.
I have a king size Brentwood circadian mattress made by diamond mattress. I was told it was a 20 year warranty. Within 2 yrs it now sags 6-8" on both sides. I submitted a claim in April and had to call week after week, before I was finally told in May to pay $99...

Living Spaces in Rancho Cucamonga, California - OMG!!!! Can their sales people get any worse!
I posted a review yesterday after having a horrible time with a less than average salesperson that wasn't any help at all. Today I went to pick my table up and IT'S IN A BOX! The salesperson never said it wouldn't be already put together nor did he ask me if I wanted to have it put together. I was never even given the option! This place is absolutely at the bottom of the list for customer service and salespeople. I only have one positive thing to say and that is the whse staff were very nice and helpful.
Living Spaces in Irvine, California - Poor customer service
This is the first and LAST time I will be at Living Spaces. I went there because they were the only ones that had the end table I wanted. On entering I was greeted by a sales person who looked in the computer and found it but had no idea where it was and said " its over here in this area somewhere". We had to walk almost the entire store before he found it. I asked about delivery and it was $ 99.00 - WOW!!!! so then asked about having it brought there and I would pick it up. He seemed to fight me at every word. My impression was that Living Spaces is all for themselves and the customer can go "fly a kite". Do it their way or go home! You can't buy online or over the phone if you are a first time customer. The only positive thing I can say is that they have a pretty good selection of furniture. Everything else on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the best, I give them a minus 1.
Living Spaces in Mesa, Arizona - Defective end table
One of the end tables that they delivered had teeth marks in it from a saw (that is what it looks like) didn't see it until after the delivery men left.They told me I signed the delivery release and they would not replace it with out a charge.I have never done business with a company that would not stand behind their product....especially when it is a defect from the manufactor. Not a good company....the people at the store were so nice, but their staff that takes complaints are not very nice. Don't think I would recommend Living Spaces to anyone. I was my fault that I didn't notice the defect before I signed the release, but it was hard to see and didn't see it until I went to clean the glass
Low Quality Furniture Review
Living Spaces sold me damaged low quality furniture that was not what I saw in the show room. Now they refuse to take it back unless I pay a restocking fee of 500$ it's theft these people are getting away with stealing from honest hard working people.
