Bought a sectional there....the salesman did a hard sell on the extended warranty. The mechanism broke on the reclining section and now they are saying it will take 8-10 weeks to get the needed part for repair. When I complained to the store manager he said I should read the fine print on the warranty. Nice attitude!! A decent company would replace the broken section....and a decent store manager would have a better answer than "read the fine print."

My story is similar....but not exact....I also want to add that the "manager" I spoke to today had no clue as to how to do business in an ethical manner.....so either it wasn't actually a manager, or this guy needs some serious training.

Details
My Revive 6000 adjustable bed-frame was delivered 30 minutes ago. The head does rise. I can hear the motor. I called the 800 customer service for revive, gave them my information. They stated someone would contact me. I then called Living Spaces and spoke with a customer service rep. She apologized for the issue and told me the soonest a technician could come out would be in 3 days. I asked her to call the driver and have him turn around. At that time it was bout 10 minutes since they had left my home. I just spent $1,970 for this product and it does not work. I may return it. I am going to go to the store tomorrow to speak with someone.

I cannot find the words to express the maddening disappointment with this company and its service. After the sale was completed, they missed delivery window entirely and then managed to arrive with damaged furniture which is still awaiting repair/replacement. Numerous phone calls to a contact center filled with low skilled reps who could care less about service or customer retention/referral. Requested escalation twice and never received follow up from manager(s). Run far, far away from this company including its sub-standard service and cheap merchandise.

January 28 - purchased a couch, marketed and described as a "custom order the customer rejected", when in fact it is a couch that was damaged and knowingly sold that way. We only discovered the damage and its extent once we accepted delivery in our home. Called the store and was treated like dirt for thirty nine minutes, even after the "store manager" acknowledged that he (EDWARD) and many of his team knew the piece was damaged, but merchandised and sold it anyway. Horrible experience and it would have been much better for everyone involved if we had purchased a couch from a reputable, quality-driven company.

I have made over 17 phone calls, to this company to resolve the issues with my sofa. Still going round and round since August. I have nails sticking out of the back of it, seems down the middle of the sofa coming apart. Customer service goes round and round and round....

Have you ever had 12 people over for dinner ? That's a lot of chairs.

Just wondering because I have and I hate it. I feel like I'm being invaded and overrun by Ghengis Khan and his Mongol hordes. The mess they leave looks like Woodstock. They eat every scrap of food like locusts, bring nothing, and stay too long.

Plus they're boring. And that's just my wife's relatives...
