We ordered a Love Seat & couch from the Mission Valley, San Diego location on 29th March. We told 2 week delivery for both. Checked in with their 877# to ask a question on delivery time only to be told, "couch won't be delivered for another 4-6 weeks"! Mgr. made efforts to bring delivery forward of couch to 16th April. Today, after placing a call to same # for an unrelated question, I learn that the love couch will not be delivered on 12th now and is on back-order!! After speaking with Mgr., he does indeed clarify that the love seat is damaged and cannot be delivered. Consequently we cancelled the whole order and will NEVER order from this joke of a company again!

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. WE WERE LIED TO AND OUR FURNITURE NEVER ARRIVED. THEN WE CALLED a CALL CENTER BECAUSE YOU CANNOT CALL THE STORE AND WERE TOLD WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY. GUESS WHAT??? THERE IS NO WAY TO CALL TO RESCHEDULE. I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD NO ONE IS AVAILABLE. I ASKED TO GET A CALL BACK AND WAS TOLD IT TAKES 24-48 HOURS TO GET A CALL BACK. RIDICULOUS. ON TOP OF THAT THE LADY HAT WAS "HELPING" US PICK OUT THE FURNITURE HAD NO CLUE ABOUT INTERIOR DESIGN AND NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE IN THE STORE. AVOID AT ALL COST. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN WE WILL GET OUR ITEMS. THIS IS A SCAM.
