Living Spaces - Screws not screwed

Kitchen table and chairs ordered, workers came, put screws in inefficient. Over time, 1yr, majority of screws fell out. Living spaces Won't even send more for me to fix, my self. These screws can not be found anywhere else. I'm screwed. Thanks LS.
