Had a very bad experience. I was assured that my order will be delivered today but now I am being asked to wait for another one week. Though I placed my order 2 weeks back. We purchased 2 Dempsey java power recliners on 10/28/16 we were told free delivery, but when I got my receipt it showed $99 delivery fee, then we had to go to customer service, to get the money credited back to my credit card, and the kicker now we have to have them delivered, or pick up our chairs, since the store is only 4 miles from our home we opted to pick them up and save the $100, then when they credited my card it was for only $87.10...... I have court 11/29/16 due to a pin falling out of the recliner. Over a dozen phone calls and literally 8 months of postponement.

We purchased 4,900 worth of furniture in July . All the cushions are coming apart at the seems and two of the arms one on the couch and one on the love seat we noticed the fabric was sagging. We pushed down on the arms and they are busted!!! Its like they dropped the furniture then delivered it to us. Called and made a complaint we have the 5 year warrenty. I spent seven weeks and about nine hours of phone time trying to get a repair for a power lift chair that I'd purchased a year ago for my half-paralyzed friend. I'd paid for a five-year warranty. I bought a couch and tv console and 2 hours later realized i didnt want the couch, called customer service and things went downhill from there.. was told i would be charged a restocking fee , i understand that , but then was told i would receive store credit and i could call back and see if i could get my cash back , after i refused the delivery, and if the merchandise is not damaged they would try and return my money in 3 -5 days..for... We recently moved to LA and bought some furniture in Living Spaces, LA as soon as we arrived. Our in-store experience was wonderful, but it has gone seriously down hill ever since. We spent over $2000, and were ensured of next day delivery. 3 days later we are still waiting for some furniture and a lamp, and have just been told by one of the inept customer service team that there is no record of our table. they have the worst Customer service and the store Manager name Nate is one big liar, he cares about the sales but no professional customer service at all, he shouldn't be a manager at all.. he offered a coupon of $300 with qualifying purchase of mattress, after we received the shipment he denied that he honored the coupon.. long story short I don't think he has a degree in management or training.. go work for big lot.. Don't buy from Living Spaces. They will send some used *** when you spend full retail. And when you order a part they completely forget about you. Its been two months and still waiting for my cushion. Called today and they said they have no idea about my order. Worst customer service. STAY AWAY from Living Spaces.
