I ordered a full bed, dresser, and chest from their San Leandro, CA store. When the bed was delivered, it was delivered by a whiny delivery person, who complained of how his worker didn't show up, so he went somewhere to get a day laborer instead. Two months waiting for shipment one was sent to wrong address, i had to wait another six weeks before they reshipped it, yet no manager can account for the delay of two pillows, unbelivable in august they said it would be sent now they say sept. 12. Idk why they answer phones just to sound like a machine, no reason for lack of efficiency or excuse

We have bought a lot of furniture from living spaces, but unfortunately I think this will be it. Their delivery personnel damaged our hardwood floors and we cannot get them to fix it. Call after call and nobody calls us back. Terrible customer service. Beware

Living Spaces - Bridgeport Poorly Made Furniture

The quality of Living Spaces Bridgeport furniture very poorly made (product 76516, 76517, 76514). Sofa seat pillows not consistently aligned, some ends have round edges and other end have square edges. The pillows attached to back of couch are lumpy not smooth and consistent may be over stuffed. Living spaces has the worst customer service known to man. To sum it up we received our couch over a week ago. It was missing legs. They then overnighted the wrong legs. We called to get the right legs and nothing was sent. Since then we've been asked several times to email pictures of the legs (we have once, not sure why they need them over and over again. They don't stand behind their products once sold. I can't eat dinner on my dinner table because ANY warm plate set on the surface (even with a table cloth under it) discolors the finish. I DON"T use hot pots on my table, I'm talking about eating a regular meal and a plate of scrambled eggs actually discolors the finish. They won't do a thing about it because they say I should have used thick place mats AND because I actually used Old English... Read more

I purchased a sectional sofa from Living Spaces. Upon delivery I noticed the love seat was defective. Called up customer service. No problem, they will replace it. Awesome. a couple days later, a new love seat shows up. However, I immediately notice that the cushions on the love seat are now different than the rest of the sofa. Call up customer service. My wife and I are expecting our first child who was due on August 11th (he's 6 days past due at the moment). We ordered our couch from Living Spaces on June 20, 2016 which should have been plenty of time. We were told in the store that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks and the paperwork states approximately 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered (so July 20th at the latest). One of the worst customer service interactions that i have ever experienced . From the Begining sales men quoting me two weeks and now we are into going on three weeks.
