Very poor service. I sent them lot of pictures with the issue that I was facing and never bothered to help me out. I have to live with this bunk bed that an si unhappy about. All they had to do was readjust the height and denied my claim. Service is not good would not recommend any furniture to be bought from living spaces.

Bought a couch where one of its legs didnt have a cushion but a piece of staple instead which ended up scratching the hardwood floor i recenlty bought. Customer service always nice but they do absolutely nothing to fix issue. Got contacted once only by some manager who called me on e and left a message and ive been trying to get a hold of them again for the past 2 month......so disappointing
