My wife and I are expecting our first child who was due on August 11th (he's 6 days past due at the moment). We ordered our couch from Living Spaces on June 20, 2016 which should have been plenty of time. We were told in the store that it would take about 2 to 3 weeks and the paperwork states approximately 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered (so July 20th at the latest). One of the worst customer service interactions that i have ever experienced . From the Begining sales men quoting me two weeks and now we are into going on three weeks. We purchased a Tuscano Table and 12 chairs from Living Spaces on Friday, December 20, 2013. Perhaps a year or more ago, we filed a claim for water damage on the chair. Someone checked out our claim and promised to get back to us. Well, months passed. When I followed up, your company said, "Sorry, you did not file the claim timely." They can't deliver an undamaged piece of furniture. First 4 hour window (took my whole Saturday afternoon) they delivered the $600 chest but it had huge scratches inside --deep scratches from a loose shelf--and shellac dripped all over the top and down the front. This company is only interested in your money. Management is not interested in providing true customer service. They refused to work with me over a matter involving a damaged item THAT WAS KNOWN to be damaged yet delivered any way. First of all: I've never seen furniture not delivered in boxes. They're wrapped in plastic, as if plastic is any kind of prtective material for furniture! Second point: a scratched mirror was delivered to my house... Read more

We were excited to have another furniture store in the area that wasn't high pressure. They explained the difference in quality with their competitors by showing the insides of each. This sells you but don't believe it! We purchased a living room set and the fabric on one of the cushions was wrinkled upon delivery. Seriously, the worst company ever. We ordered a sofa after months of searching for one we liked, but were delivered the wrong sofa! We ordered the floor model fabric, a dark gray with brown flecks, and were delivered a light gray with purple pillows. Living Spaces - Exteremly disappointed and feel like I was cheated

I purchased a sofa from Livingspaces in Fremont back in Feb of 2016. When I was purchasing my sofa , I asked the sales agent to let me know about the material, since I'm not familiar with it. We purchased two dining chairs from Living Spaces and also the VIP Protection Plan. When pulling the chair out from the table a leg snapped off. My first call to Service USA (the company who "provides" the product protection service) had me on hold for over 20 minutes before disconnecting my call.
